Politics are everywhere, processes make delivery slow , many colleagues in a 'comfort-zone', some product use internal tech stack

- Good wlb, engineering managers are ok - Tech stack is modernizing - Good people - Upper management is making good decisions lately, with real plans to cut legacy projects

Cons

- Pay is not amazing compared to FAANG, but still above industry average - Lots of legacy code, convoluted architectures. Devops practices are somewhat dated (this is improving though)
