Long work hours, need to work on weekends too,sometimes need to take sick leave to work while on parallel project, advice from managers is it is what it is we used to work and attend meetings at 2 in the morning if you can't handle the pressure maybe SAP is not for you, SAP is not a pay master because we think long term and don't do layoffs like other orgs
