- Good management that cares about employees. - Very good office premises with free coffee, soft drinks (Coca Cola, Sprita, Fanta) -Flexible schedule after reaching good technical knowledge - Great colleagues

Cons

- Not very high salary if compared with current market situation. - Expectations are pretty high and this lead sometimes to struggle with work/life balance and stress level.

- Poor training oportunities. - Development carrear is confusing (where I am, what I need, where do I want do be)
