Pros

Good benefits, flexible work hours, home office options. Freedom of ideas, and (mostly) possibility to try them out.

Cons

Some management decisions look questionable at times, but not in all locations.

Pros

There are very many. For me: freedom in my job to make the decisions I need to about my own work; very supportive colleagues and managers; great co-operative work culture at SAP; attractive benefits; opportunities to grow in different directions; excellent HR support; I am actually proud to work for SAP for more than 15 years.

Cons

I can't really think of any, apart from perhaps one too many reorganisations in the last years.
