      Pros

      Good wages, Nice food and hard working teams. A great place to learn, I learned a lot as work student while I was studying my Masters.

      Cons

      Complex Heirarchial system, It's a huge organisational sturcture and hard to understand where I am in the company.

      Flexible working hours. High appreciation for initiatives. Open and nice working environment Home office is possible in coordination with the manager

      Location of the company is a bit far. Career paths aren't clear
