Pros

Work environment is very friendly. The subsidiary that I work for, Brazil, has high graduated persons with a collaborative behavior.

Cons

Brazilian operation is relatively short. So, it is hard to get a promotion if you are in a higher level, like Sr. manager. - the company has only 5 directors and the general manager.
