      Benefits for families are good, and pace of work is not too fast. There is ample opportunities to take on new challenges if you are ambitious enough to push yourself forward

      Cons

      Bad communication and very complex management structure.

      Pros

      SAS consistently is voted best company to work for in many countries around the globe. The benefits packages are generally outstanding and there is often scope to develop within your current role or into other roles in other parts of the organisation.

      Cons

      As with any large organisation there can be a lot of political wrangling that makes your working life more traumatic than it should be.

      Pros

      Generally, a fabulous company to work for. Genuinely seems to care about their employees welfare. People are generally friendly, professional and supportive. Still has a family feel about it, which gives SAS a unique culture. Great work environment with a very nice Head Office in Marlow. Excellent technology that can add huge value to their customers.

      Cons

      A lot of change is taking place, and some of it is not being handled well. Have lost some real talent recently, and some new key influencers have a decidedly un-SAS style and agenda.
