      Nice office (which few use) Good benefits

      Cons

      Onboarding process for new starters is poor. Expect to be treated as an outsider. Hybrid roles turn out to be fully remote. It's pointless having nice facilities if few use them. Laptops are poor quality and not suited to modern development. Strong culture of "It's always been this way" when trying to introduce new tech or suggest improvement to existing ways of working. Documentation around development practises, systems and internal solutions is next to non existent,
