      Pros

      I depends on the job alternatives you have, whether you should hire at SAS or prefer the alternatives. They have a nice cantina so you will have to look to keep your BMI stable. You get some goodies (look at their webside, ask HR)

      Cons

      Unclear future, company is planning an IPO. The propagate their employee focus but don't expect to be fired if management in the US plans it.
