Pros

Work/remote work flexibility is great, compensation is not on par with industry - but not bad, job security is good.

Cons

Management is ineffective in helping employees that report to them. SAS is slowing becoming irrelevant. Costly software and professional services means less work on the horizon for consultants.

1) Learning curve is good. 2) 8 hours of official working hours. 2) Seniors are knowledgeable and easy to work with. 3) Flexible working days (Hybrid work).

Cons

1) More focus on process rather than outcome. 2) Micromanagement. 2) Food can be improved. 3) Table tennis area needs to be bigger with more tables and better timings.
