      Hard to keep your energy up around staff that have never worked anywhere else.Many think it is a country club, not a place of work Very slow decision making from top down

      Pros

      SAS is a great place to work depending on your goals. If you want work/life balance it is excellent. If you want career growth, it is awful.

      Cons

      No career growth. No training beyond how to do SAS things better. Very slow pace of change, if you are a dynamic employee you will hate SAS. Lots of people in mgmt. based on years of service as opposed to talent and work ethic.
