      I love the culture of trust and respect in this organization. You get the opportunity to perform to your full potential. Due to this reason attrition was very low in this company

      Great colleagues, wonderful campus, great environment, opportunities to direct technology direction and work with current technology.

      Cons

      Not always the fastest, most dynamic place. Some politics at the highest level and ultimately the decision always comes down to who has the top man's ear.
