Typical playbook from consulting firms. Lots of experience leaving. Company culture is changing. Less interest in collaboration in order to meet KPM's.

On campus amenities: Indoor Olympic size pool, basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, track and gym/weights. On-site pharmacy

Cons

The above pros also are a con because work life balance was not a thing. The amenities were so good because they did not want you to leave the campus. Micromanaging managers were also an issue. No option to work from home if you wanted to.
