Good people, team atmosphere, work-life balance is good as far as the amenities that are provided in addition to the on campus activities that keep you motivated and fit

Cons

There are opportunities available within the company but finding the best route to advance or reach your end goal can be a challenge. Many workers have been here for a very long time and have a wealth of knowledge that can be passed on to the next generation more effectively.
