Long Hours & Poor Work-Life Balance: Expect to put in long hours with very little flexibility. You might be allowed to leave an hour early the day before holidays, but that’s about the only perk in terms of schedule. • Ineffective Management: Most upper management seems disconnected from day-to-day team challenges, lacking the leadership skills necessary to guide and support staff. • High Turnover: The turnover rate is shockingly high—comparable to what you might expect at an entry-level cashier position. Many projects start with high ambitions but fall apart due to staff instability. • Lack of Recognition & Internal Growth: Recognition for a job well done is scarce, and moving up within the company is extremely difficult.
