Flexible working and better jobs as you gain more experience. Variety of work.

Cons

Bidding process can be frustrating during early months and very seasonal work.

Their friendly and helpful as well they make sure their associates have the knowledge and know how to do a job.

Cons

Need more steady work and second chances.

Decent company but work irregular

Pros

When jobs are available they can be fairly well paid and the more you work the more you can get preference for jobs through a points system. I can also work around my other roles.

Cons

Work can be very seasonal and you can sometimes have to travel a ways because that's all that is available that week. Sometimes can feel pressured to do jobs that aren't that challenging or worth the pay rate.
