Pros

For field employees you can always your own schedule, work with friends and or family. Get paid for referrals ect. You hold your own destiny you can work as little or as much as you want , you can make a career of the company. Competitive wages for a Retail Staffing Agency's (stop comparing SaSR pay to other companies that are not staffing agencies) Internal- job can be fast pace , stressful like most corp positions.

Cons

Certain positions come with 24/7 need to be available. Do not pay milage and/or drive time for reps (currently) Less chances to grow: new hires brought in less background experience in the industry.

They come clean. No hidden anything. Communication will get you far. Fair pay.

Cons

They make you share hotel room with strangers if you don’t have your own travel partner. Unstable work

Pros

They pay you a daily travel pay for the days you work. It's capped at $25 unless you are on the Family Dollar travel team then it's $40.

Cons

They do not pay the per diem for the days you are off even if you are still out if town for work. Example a 6 week job you are in that city for 6 weeks but have the weekends off. You do not get the travel incentive for the off days which sucks b/c you still need to eat and stuff.
