Pros

Nice Office, 80% nice coworkers, fun activities, benefits were a B+. Great swag.

Cons

Misogynistic (Owner did something very disgusting to me at a social event,, CHRO saw it and ignored it.) Drunk people need to be more careful. Only reason I didn't report it to the EEO is I'm a single mom and I needed my job and loved the people who reported to me. Severe layoffs and although considered a high performer, they kept the person who just got there over me. It's always awesome to do a ton of overtime to train someone and then have them replace you. Don't get me wrong, he is great but it was inequitable. Group was so thoughtless though, they let me go on the day before my third anniversary and like others have said, wouldn't let me pack up my own things, which is disrespectful at this level. Many, many male leaders who are microaggressive and laugh when it's brought up by the person feeling attacked. A few female bullies got to stay as well. Now that I'm at a new company and see how much safer and better an environment can be, it was time to write this.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. Please note that SASR has a strict no-retaliation policy, and we encourage all of our employees to report any inappropriate behavior immediately. We take employee concerns very seriously. We also understand that any reduction in force can be very difficult for everyone involved. During these challenging times, business needs and the reasons behind decisions that are made are not always discernible to everyone. We sincerely regret that you felt disrespected during this process. We will ensure that your feedback is shared with leadership. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
