Pros

If your in need of a full time position with benefits this probably won’t be the best fit for you nor any merchandising company for that fact, so let’s be fair about that. I started with Set and Service back in 2007 or 2008 and comparing how things were back then to now it’s better overall. For me this is a side job to pick up some extra money every once in a great while.

I have no problems how things are going.

Cons

To advance in the company, you must already be performing the job you want. If you want to become a manager, you must be doing the work of the manger for more then a month. During job postings, the company normally already know who they want for the position for internal postings. No matter who applies, they pick who they want. The company also looks at what is on paper rather what is in action.
