Reasonable pay. Work is not micro managed as much. Pick your own schedule

Cons

No guarantees on hours or work schedule. If the job is finished early you will not be conpensated for hours lost.

Pros

Friendly company and Opportunities to move up but that comes with a price. Those in charge expect only a few underpaid positions to do the bulk of the work

Cons

Pay can be lower than other jobs. I think they go mainly by education rather than ability to do job and get job done.
