Pros
Ability to pick and choose when you want to work. Last two or three years. You can not even pick and choose.They do not have enough work to keep everyone busy. You are a W2 employee.
Cons
Poor mileage reimbursement. $5 per 50 miles. They often mess up your paycheck. Then argue with you about it. I was told I have all the money I am getting from them. Contemplating labor board there.Schedulers make many mistakes and have favorites they try to keep working.You are a w2 employee but company treats you like dirt. Accepting clients and vendors word as biblical and no chance for you to explain. Meanwhile schedulers work from home making as much or more than us field merchandisers.
