      Pros

      Choose the work you want and when you want to work. You work with different people in different retailers. Have the ability to find permanent work with the different companies you help. Ability to learn different retail environments and the culture in the stores.

      Cons

      Amount of work available is not always steady. The notice you receive for upcoming work is usually seven days or less.

      Pros

      You can make your own schedule. the possibilities could be endless with the companies you work for should they hire you.

      Cons

      They come up with every excuse on the planet not to pay you on time. They call anytime they want knowing you worked midnights. I have to be there on time, why don't they pay on time???
