Pros

People are nice here. You don't need to worry if you would be blamed. Always learning here. You would have so many chances to travel.

Cons

Really really low comp. It even can't support your life. Boss would sometimes ask you to do some personal business for him. No benefits. No bonus. WLB is worse.

Pros

This is a Chinese owned company that offer you good 5G test engineer training and enterprise working experience, but do not expect much on salary part. If you are newly graduated EE/CS major, especially international students, you can definitely start at this place as your first career job. Otherwise, if you are looking for growth and promotions, you might not want to consider Sawtest.

Cons

Only offer entry level pay. And frequent business traveling and work overtime are very common.
