Pros

Only pro this company has is that the job is remote.

Cons

This whole company is the worst you could ever work for they do not provide equipment. They do not have a CRM when you’re making leads you have to go on Google maps because they do not provide you an account with Zoom info or GitHub. The only form of communication is done through email literally worst experience. A person could have in terms of working for such a company. They don’t even give you advice on what you could be doing better they just automatically fire you. I was always on time never called out followed instructions. Did everything by the book, but they don’t care so just be careful on this company.

Some of our appointment scheduling team members work remotely. Periodically, we have new team members in work-from-home jobs that do not actually engage in the work. They are scheduled to work at home – they will clock in at the start of their shift - their assignment is to call customers – and no (or minimal) phone calls are made. We do not see this as a training issue. It’s a choice to take a role but then not perform the role. No amount of training will solve that. We do not keep those individuals on our team. We wish this individual all the best with their future endeavors.

Pros

work from home, that's about it.

Cons

Provided little training (3 days to be exact). Have to use your own phone and computer. Also have to make 200 calls per day minimum. Have to find all your own leads. If you don't get 3-4 transfers per day you don't get the sign on bonus they dangle at you like a carrot when you're interviewing.
