      Received a laptop and cell phone

      Cons

      Poor pay, had to travel 99% of the time, no other HR staff to provide support in my region, no office, no supplies, poor leadership, lack of respect and caring of field employees from corporate staff. All around bad experience.

      Great Team Atmosphere!

      Pros

      The marketing department works as a cohesive team. There are a lot of projects and everyone works together to complete common goals. Marketing management is supportive and helpful. This team wants to see its team members successful in their roles and advancing in their career goals. Performance expectations are high, but we regularly enjoy large wins! Great work is appreciated and recognized!

      Cons

      No job is perfect, but I have not identified any major “Cons”. For motivated high performing people, this is an outstanding place to work!

      Worst place I ever worked at

      Pay is above market. Only to keep you trapped & put up with the toxic environment.

      Cons

      This is honestly the worst company I ever work for. It is so unethical and toxic. Dictatorship is through the roof & the CEO is insane with his pet project “insite.” The marketing team is the only department fooling customers into think SBM is great and “diversified.” Insite doesn’t work and is basically manual manipulated data. Payroll & finance are barely handing on by a thread. Unless you want a fast promotion in operations, run away. All the other departments get fired or don’t know what they are doing. It’s no surprise they have multiple on going lawsuits.
