- Absolutely no direction for the employees, managers will just throw you into the environment with no prior training for anything in the building and blame you for not knowing regulations and guidelines
- Consistent failures on a scale of correct business decisions that benefit the company as a whole, you'll constantly be scratching your head on some of the decisions the managers will make
- Managers will do absolutely nothing the entire duration you're there. They consistently complain about the direction the business is taking but at the same time never take any measures to insure the employees are all working on the same grounds, thus things get missed or things are blown out of proportion leaving the workers to take the blame
- Equipment is from 2005, half the time there isn't even proper PPE or cleaning equipment to do your job properly or the equipment breaks from being so old. Managers expect you to take the initiative to work around their complete lack of managerial skills and will blame you for not finding ways to clean around the complete lack of equipment.
- Completely unprofessional working environment. Managers will take things personally, talk behind your back and bring their personal lives into the work environment and make your life harder than it has to be.
- Here's a pretty big one. For those that work in the buildings that have clean rooms, most of the time the Managers that are supposed to train employees to take on the task of the clean room will never actually train you. They just make you read a paper and throw you into the clean room with no proper training what so ever, so if you mess up, it's your fault completely.
- Your work will shift on a daily basis, you'll have no consistent work schedule and you'll be doing different work each day. Managers will change what work you have to do on a daily basis.
- No safety net for SBM employees that get complaints that are bold face lies. I've had a few write ups that I refused to sign on because of Bayer employees lying about cleaning jobs done. Managers will always take the side of the customer regardless if the complain is true or not. So make sure to take pictures constantly of your work and report any employees that are stupid enough to announce they do things intentionally to make your job harder.
- The people that work in these buildings are complete slobs and instead of doing their jobs, will make messes consistently just for the sake of the mess. We've had employees pee and poo in corners of the restrooms, smear poo on the walls, throw coffee grinds on the floors and leave food out in their garbage cans over weekends instead of taking it out. Complete lack of humanity. Its absolutely disgusting.
