Pros

Pro's would definitely have to be the culture SBM holds. You can tell SBM focuses on culture when they throw luncheons and socials for the employees, this is super beneficial because it allows the employees to connect with one another on a social level rather than in a work setting. SBM takes an emphasis on the employees, you can really tell they appreciate their employee's with free lunches every other Thursday and with birthday/anniversary lunches. As far as the position itself it was very structured.

Cons

I like how our department or my position was structured in terms of the tasks and duties although I wish there was more explanation on things. I think it's important to educate the employees on our systems and why we do they things the way we do to make the business running smooth. Maybe weekly meetings to touch basis on our tasks or to just get talking maybe it will lead to improvements and efficiencies.
