Pros

- Weekends OFF - Make your own hours (Clock in at 5pm or at 8pm, doesn't matter) - Listen to all the music/podcasts you want during work - Work at nights while going to school during the day - Great supervisor (Ismael was the best!)

Cons

- Minimum wage - No respect from building tenants (Toilets sometimes are NOT flushed, paper towels all over the floor, etc.)

Easy job. Got to work with some great people. Th company's model enables even a young manager to come up with their own ideas and implement them into practice.

Cons

Management was not very connected as far as what each level wanted. Power struggles within management.
