      Pros

      lots of different work hours great people on the team I had a great time while working at SBM as a FOUP Technician in a semiconductor factory. I feel like the people were what really sold it. If you are comfortable working 12 hour shifts, this was the perfect job for you.

      Cons

      Felt a disconnect with the upper management. Sometimes the upper management didn't really know what to do with us, because we were such a small group. There weren't really a whole lot of options for morale building activities. This made it hard to feel that the company cared about you.

      Excellent company to work for. They do an exceptional job taking care of their front line employees through team building activities AND PROGRAMS.

      Cons

      Individuals in management are at times overlooked and not given many opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      I think the pros would be- very friendly co-workers, decent salary, and giving customer service to Reds Fans.

      Cons

      I think the downsides would be the schedule for work. I would not get home sometimes until 1am for the night games and we had to pay for parking.
