Pros

Working for SBM like a janitorial is easy, they assign an area to you if you keep it clean you wont have any problem. Supplies and tools for work are always available.

Cons

Night shift, only 4 hours for most employees. Supervisor are overloaded because they need to cover when somebody call out.

Pros

co-workers are usually great to work with. hired me when i needed the work.

Cons

Was asked for the "proletariat" opinion by employer and another person mocked me saying the "land of Lincoln". because of mid west origins. Felt 2nd class along with many other janitors at the time. Secretive demeanor among site managers. Did not receive pay raise on time according to union hours worked. Eliminated my position while on vacation, making two openings to cover the work load I dealt with on a daily basis... asking me to resign upon return. No promotion or recognition for attendance or going above and beyond. They will tell you that you are just working and doing something we are not going to pay you for..

Pros

lots of different work hours great people on the team I had a great time while working at SBM as a FOUP Technician in a semiconductor factory. I feel like the people were what really sold it. If you are comfortable working 12 hour shifts, this was the perfect job for you.

Cons

Felt a disconnect with the upper management. Sometimes the upper management didn't really know what to do with us, because we were such a small group. There weren't really a whole lot of options for morale building activities. This made it hard to feel that the company cared about you.
