      Pros

      I was exposed to a few different corporate clients and learned a lot about various corporate cultures and middle management. I met some really strong leaders and some not so great ones.

      Cons

      Some clients are disrespectful to custodial staff, sometimes there is palpable animosity between unions who do not necessarily have staff’s best interest at heart and management. Sometimes management can be a swamp of confused decision making and blame. Sometimes HR openly gossip about managers at other sites.
