It could be a good company, however it is run under a good old boy system with a dark innapropriate culture.

Cons

Run primarily by by managers who were willing to turn the other cheeck when it comes to bullying, harrassment, inaapropriate sexual behavior and discete. The open door policy is a lie, more employees are fired for reporting injuries and complaining in their managers than any other company I have seen. They will work you 24 houors a day and then let you know that they pay you too much money. Absolutely no diversity or inclusion.

One positive aspect I can acknowledge is the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional individuals on a daily basis. However, as one progresses into higher leadership roles, The experience can be disappointing. While there may be potential for professional growth within the company, the overall experience may lead to a sense of dissatisfaction and discontent.

Cons

In truth, achieving "work-life balance" is a challenge here. Expectations include late-night availability, arbitrary vacation denials, and prioritizing work over family for career growth. Travel is mandatory for all roles, regardless of necessity. Promotion seems biased, HR decisions are influenced by emotions, leading to widespread departmental dissatisfaction. High management turnover is attributed to miserable working conditions.
