This is the highest level of nepotism and incompetence I've personally seen in my 30 years of working for Corporate America. The company leaders consistently demonstrate poor leadership skills. I worked there are personally witnessed it.

Travel options and ability to work remotely. Variety of work, it is never dull.

Cons

Too many accounts at once in a large geographical area. There is not much company presence so many times feels like a one person show. Many account directors expect you to do their job locally.
