Bully culture

Pros

They pay well and are good at selling you the dream.

Cons

They lie to internal employees and clients alike. They hire you for Accounts They haven't won or will never will win just to lure you in and treat you poorly. There is no leadership, no office activities, no autonomy and no room for change. At all. The senior leaders do not know what they are talking about, do not let ADs entertain their clients, and everyday you get yelled at, belittled, and told to do things you do not feel comfortable with.
