I Wasn't a fan of bi-weekly pay. No way to see the hours you worked until you got your paystub.

Upper management is genuinely incompetent No help will be given to you at work Will be required to work overtime with no compensation No raises given in two years, no bonuses Management will over promise to customers and expect you to make magic happen
