Traveling to different facilities to assist recruiting can be fun. Recruiters get a corporate credit card to pay for all expenses (rental cars and hotel rooms included)

Cons

Work could certainly be more efficient if the staffing solutions management for HR Staffing Specialists took accountability. It’s always “he said/she said” when the tasks and instructions come from management.

Hours flexibility and management brings food.

Cons

Too many cons. I was told there is cultural beef and didn't believe it at first. I told someone my ethnicity and it went down hill. Too many false complaints and need to know my whereabouts.
