A balanced schedule and decent pay.

Cons

- horrible training program (new leader training is led by someone who lectures you instead of inspiring you. They also threaten your job is you fail a test, totally ignoring the job you're actually being paid to do) - HR is non-responsive. Multiple issues regarding discrimination were left without a response. One employee was suspended and still have not received information three weeks later. - "Do it or else" mentality. All about getting the job done, with fear of losing contract. Executive leadership does nothing to build a strong positive culture. It's all about keeping your head down and don't foster relationships. Which goes against ALL the training you're made to sit through.
