Started by applying IBM Management standards, rules, salary policies and business conduct . Employees were part of IBM communities wold wide though two different companies.

Cons

Used to apply IBM standards but with time deviated from IBM practices and ethics. Management style changed and decision making was based on one individual

SBM has a good reputation in the market, a good pay system and policies, good benefits, and good access to IBM resources (if you have enough communication skills).

Cons

SBM lacks a clear career path, training plan for employees, and no clear policy for raise. transferring to another company if you decide to leave is not doable under normal circumstances.
