Exceptional co-workers who are great to work with. Very competitive pay. Training is encouraged and paid for.

poor Benefits package. No performance reviews. leadership is often in the dark on the assignments of employees.

There are no pros at all

Cons

The boss is cheap and will overwork you for low pay. He will have you do one job for a few weeks then a different unrelated job. Will also terminate you without reason. You have been warned.
