Company has got no hierarchy at all, Employees are working under three-four managers, Deserving employee are given no encouragement , Dictatorship culture.

Company operates in niche markets still. Management acts to be good for the boss, not for the people. Family Company concept is used for people to work more with little compensation. HR cares to cut salaries and compensations. Connection to people? Not at all. The last period no respect at all to people and their families.
