      Pros

      new CIO is doing the right thing. They're headed towards the right direction.

      Cons

      - Difficult counterparts to work with (biased, discrimination) - Culture is too traditional - No telecommuting (local office) - No work life balance (meetings are done during the night as counterparts are not flexible with time) - Did not feel the "Family Company" culture that they claim to be

      Pros

      Very good benefits and salary. Employees all seem to get along as well as a very easygoing workplace.

      Cons

      In order to get desired promotions you need to have relationships with the right people. Sometimes have to travel quite often.
