Good Relations with peers, in general colloborative work environment, widely spread in the world if you are interested for an expat position, not in financial difficulty
Cons
Business -Struggling markets with little differentiation for company products, not able to grow for a long time in base business, strategies in different functions do not match, colloboration in lower levels do not exist in higher levels. HR -no empowerment in any level, developing oneself requires a very committed self effort, always recruting from outside for senior positions, . Trying to give a transparency impression but actually very tactical... Finance - too much budget oriented. Neutral -Serious culture change going on and the transtion is the worst period....
