Pros

Flexible, being able to work from home was part of the offer package.

Cons

* Your career at the company is affected more on the regional level when working at a regional business officer or a surgery center. A good CEO can't really bring you enough benefit but a bad regional leader sure can affect it very negatively *Frequent regional leadership change, high turnover rate. At a given time, there's always 70% people you work with are with the company less than a year. Very few people knows the standard process sine the team is always new * Difficult work/life balance. Working from home essentially means you could be working all the time. If team leader does not respect your personal time, it can be very hard to adjust

Pros

- Great learning opportunities, with lots of responsibility quickly given to you - If you end up with a good regional manager, you have a lot of autonomy and support

Cons

- Your experience depends heavily on who your regional manager is. There is wide range in the quality, experience, and support provided by the regional managers. - Lots of recent regional managers hired from outside the company with healthcare background, but with no operations background. We end up with a lot of talk about how things should work, but not a lot of talk about how they actually work, and not a lot of helpful ideas of how to make them work better. - Heavy focus on improving metrics, without understanding the related investment in time or resources needed to make it happen. - You often feel like you are reinventing the wheel. - Very challenging to find work/life balance.
