There is wide range in the quality, experience, and support provided by the regional managers. - Lots of recent regional managers hired from outside the company with healthcare background, but with no operations background. We end up with a lot of talk about how things should work, but not a lot of talk about how they actually work, and not a lot of helpful ideas of how to make them work better. - Heavy focus on improving metrics, without understanding the related investment in time or resources needed to make it happen. - You often feel like you are reinventing the wheel. - Very challenging to find work/life balance.
