Business Outlook
Pros
This is a company on the move - growing their business and doing well financially. A very young and motivated leadership team with solid rapport among the staff.
Cons
Top leadership is solid, but some very shaky middle management. Unfortunately as the company has grown it's tended to simply promote what were perceived as the staff into management. This has led to some questionable management decisions and some very mediocre leaders in over their heads (eg Integration Leadership)
