SCA is a company that is driven by it's core values, and lives those everyday. As an organization, the driving force is to better serve physicians and be a leader in healthcare to support in driving down costs for everyday people. The teams here are very smart, focused, high energy, authentic, and will to admit and accept responsibility.

Cons

The company could have more diversity, but is making this a priority.

SCA is a great company with innovative ideas. They tie together a network of ASCs and help them collaborate together to provide better health care. Great resources and opportunities.

Cons

Employees below managers don't have much interaction with corporate part of the company. They only know their facility and don't SCA as a corporation. Need more hands on from corporate leaders.
