SCA is an Excellent Company... but Pacific Surgery Center is a Bad Location.

Pros

Employees are very knowledgeable, and there is plenty of room for growth within the organization. Gorgeous location, and what equipment they have is top notch. working for SCA allows you to work at any SCA location. I recommend SCA to Friends and Family, just not Pacific Surgery Center.

Cons

PSC's current Facility Administrator is running the place into the ground, and is losing a lot of great employees because of it. Hours were cut, and there was issues with hiring a family member. They need A lot more equipment for the types of cases that they want to do - running to a local competitor to borrow supplies mid procedure is unacceptable.

Great teammates, extremely knowledgeable peers and good supporting structure. I have been with the company for 3 years now and so far has been a great journey. Lots of room for moving up the ladder. IT Leadership acknowledgement of good work ethics, completion of projects, ownership of projects... Great leaders in IT to work for!
