Great growth company, CEO is excellent, very health and wellness focused people.

Cons

Bridie Fanning, CTO, was hired in the fall - since then, it has become apparent what the corporate goals are for people planning, and there is nothing positive to say about it.

Pros

The culture is laid back, upbeat, and overall very positive; not a "corporate" vibe at all. Hard work and results are expected. Individuals within the company collaborate together in a positive way, but this could be improved upon. Promotions are given based on work product delivered, not time on the job. Opportunity to work with many bright, energetic individuals who are happy to share their time and knowledge.

Cons

Not a 830 to 5 type job. The companies health plan (like most large companies) is placing more costs on the individual consumer.

Cons

Poorly trained management. No knowledge of Healthcare billing, and operations. Management only cares about latest gossip and news within the office. Management has the personality of a statue, and plays favorites. Not a team player, DEFINITELY not Management material. It will only be time, before all contracts are taken from the Orlando Regional Business Office. Unorganized, Unethical. It is a great place to work, if certain people did not work there.
