SCA Health reviews

Disorganized company. Worst work culture I've ever experienced. Terrible management. Terrible coworkers. Terrible pay. They will tell you that you deserve more money than what you're making but do not offer it. No one knows what they are doing. They value the work to be done fast but not correctly. They do not care about the employees with integrity. They will nag at you to get the job done and don't care if it is done wrong. They do not truly care about the patients safety or care in doing this. Turnover rate is high. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
