      Pros

      I have really enjoyed working at my surgery center. SCA health has a lot of centers that all run a little different, so make sure you get a good feel for the center you are interviewing/accepting an offer for.

      Cons

      Every surgery center is so different. Each one has its own charting and is run a little different, which makes floating to other centers a little challenging.
