      Pros

      Flexibility and there is an emphasis to have a work/life balance for the most part. People are really nice and I feel like management really cares about their employees. Also, SCA has a strong culture that they stick to.

      Cons

      Pay is so-so, but raises are terrible. It takes a lot to get promoted. Depending on the position, a good bit of travel could be required. Benefits aren't that great and the onboarding process is terrible.

      Great pay, good benefits, fun times at work

      Cons

      Unethical business practices, HIPPA violations daily, favortism, managers and leads are bullies, illegal activities in the workforce, no transparency, management talks too much about teammates personal business, leadership with wandering eyes and HR won't address it

      Cons

      I was illegally fired and I contacted their compliance which was a waste of time. Administrator lied right to my face. They called you after hours about patients and text you. I would never go or recommend these types of centers to have surgery.
